Leads Cartesia’s Product Engineering team as a hands-on technical and people manager. Responsibilities include contributing to product and architectural work, coaching and hiring engineers, partnering with Product and Design, improving execution cadence, reviewing designs and code, and owning cross-cutting surfaces such as billing, files, and on-call operations. The role initially supports the Voices product squad and helps scale the engineering organization while building voice AI experiences.

Build and operate customer-facing product experiences for Cartesia’s real-time voice and multimodal AI models. Own work from discovery and prototyping through implementation, launch, analytics, experimentation, and iteration across frontend, backend, APIs, and operational concerns. Improve model evaluation, configuration, integration, usability, and developer experience while partnering with product and design teams.

Own Cartesia’s company-wide data source of truth by integrating product, billing, CRM, marketing, and operational data. Build reliable warehouse models with SQL and dbt, define canonical metrics, establish testing, lineage, monitoring, and documentation standards, and create trusted dashboards. Partner with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Growth, GTM, and leadership to resolve data-quality issues, support self-service analytics, and improve the broader data stack.

Support four co-founders by managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, confidential information, and competing priorities. Build operating rhythms for leadership meetings, annual planning, OKRs, reviews, and board processes. Prepare agendas and materials, track decisions and follow-ups, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and represent founders with investors, partners, and candidates. The role requires high autonomy, sound judgment, discretion, strong communication, and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Leads and develops a team of 7+ engineers while owning technical direction, roadmap, execution, architecture, design reviews, production incidents, scalability, reliability, and engineering quality. Partners with Product, Research, and other teams to align priorities and deliver complex technical projects. Requires strong people leadership, technical judgment, distributed systems experience, and cross-functional decision-making. Experience scaling teams and backgrounds in machine learning, AI infrastructure, or generative models are preferred.

Manage the operational backbone of Cartesia’s Voice function, supporting voice production, library health, talent sourcing, vendor logistics, and customer voice delivery. Build lightweight systems and automations, manage customer-facing engagements, enable go-to-market teams, and support strategy, events, marketing initiatives, and international growth projects. The role requires autonomous execution, executive communication, semi-technical system-building skills, and enthusiasm for AI voice technology.

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will focus on developing significant relationships with enterprise tech partners to drive revenue growth and success for Cartesia through various initiatives and strategic planning.

Design, scale, and operate a global human-in-the-loop evaluation workforce. Own hiring pipelines, vendor strategy, workforce planning, QA, throughput and SLA tracking, inter-rater reliability, escalation and retraining workflows, and partner with product, engineering, and data teams to enable large-scale evaluation and clean data production.

The Technical Account Manager will manage the technical relationship with enterprise customers, drive successful product launches, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify expansion opportunities.

Design and build low latency, scalable model inference stacks for foundation models. Collaborate with research and product teams for robust infrastructure.

The GTM Associate will drive outbound pipeline generation, develop account strategies for Fortune 500s, and contribute to GTM strategy while exceeding targets.

Identify, engage, screen, and manage world-class technical candidates for research, ML engineering, platform and product roles. Build talent maps and pipelines using academic conferences, publications, open-source communities and creative sourcing channels. Craft personalized outreach, deliver strong candidate experience, and partner with recruiting and hiring managers on strategic hiring initiatives.

Build low-latency, scalable model inference and serving infrastructure for SSM foundation models. Translate research into production, develop high-parallel data processing and evaluation pipelines, and ensure performance, reliability, and observability for large-scale distributed systems.

Own post-sales for a large portfolio of startup and SMB customers: drive onboarding, product adoption, retention and expansion. Build scalable onboarding, education, and lifecycle programs, monitor customer health, create playbooks and enablement content, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve the customer journey and product based on feedback. Use automation and AI to scale operations.

This role involves leading data strategy and managing a team to build and maintain multimodal datasets, ensuring data quality and pipeline efficiency.
