This ease and comfort was on display at Bubble’s team week, when all Bubblers gathered to enjoy collaboration and karaoke — building bonds that benefit the team, especially in a distributed environment.

When Senior Product Manager Alex Bolanos first joined Bubble, the company had fewer than 15 employees. As the company has grown, so have her opportunities. “I attribute a lot of my own personal growth to the countless opportunities that I’ve had to work with other teammates and learn from them,” she said. “Individuals feel empowered to contribute their unique perspectives, work together to innovate and ultimately drive the success of the company as a team.” Bolanos continues to find opportunities for cross-functional collaboration as she advances with the support of Bubble’s leadership and values.
