The Program Manager at Black Girls CODE will lead the execution of K-12 programs, oversee development and implementation, drive expansion through outreach and partnerships, and analyze program effectiveness through data-driven decision-making.

The Summer Camp Teaching Assistant will support lead instructors in implementing the Summer Programs curriculum for girls and gender-expansive youth. Responsibilities include facilitation of workshops, interacting with youth and staff, and full attendance at all program activities. Ideal candidate is a college student or early career professional with a passion for youth development.

Lead the implementation of BGC’s Summer Programs curriculum, teaching 25-50 girls and gender-expansive youth in gaming, generative AI, and climate change workshops. Facilitate skills-building workshops, participate in teacher training, interact with youth and staff, and ensure full attendance to all program activities.
