What we're looking for:
We are looking for a highly driven, experienced Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, this role will support, enable, and drive our marketing, business development, and sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently.
What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing department to refine the lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
  • Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Support the development of programs to identify ideal customer profiles, determine accounts with rising intentions to purchase, and pinpoint sales funnel conversion issues.
  • Operate and maintain sales data in Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoominfo and other relevant CRM and BI tools.
  • Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization.
  • Assist with analysis in support of annual sales planning, territory reassignments, data refreshes in CRM, quota attainment analysis, sales leaderboard reports, etc.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on relevant tools.


What we'd love to see:

  • Sales (Revenue) Operations experience, including 1 year of experience working in Salesforce CRM with knowledge of Salesloft, Hubspot, Zoominfo, Gainsight and/or Zendesk.
  • Salesforce certification is strongly preferred
  • Understand B2B sales processes and metrics, and is able to translate these into reports and actions.
  • Ability to drive data integrity, processes and cleanse data from multiple sources.
  • Initiative and drive, structuring and solving problems quickly and effectively, while willing to escalate and ask for help when issues warrant it; will be a fast learner.
  • Strong spreadsheet (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel), data analysis and manipulation skills. Experience with statistical analysis is ideal.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with SaaS based businesses and business models.
  • Experience with fast growth companies with rapidly scaling revenues and product launches.
