Job Description
As Technical Program Manager, you’ll support developers to ensure quality delivery execution and foster professional growth within the project team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Communicating program status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the business goals and strategy.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, and ensuring the team follows the best practices and processes.
- Working with the team to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Tracking and reporting on the progress, status, risks, and issues of the analytics projects and programs, and escalating them as needed.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders and senior management, providing clear and concise updates, presentations, and recommendations.
- Managing the expectations and dependencies of the analytics projects and programs, and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the analytics team and other cross-functional teams.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients’ toughest business challenges. You’ll work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
About you
- You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You can act as a liaison between developers and executive business stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- You can mentor junior resources to help them grow as professionals and as future leaders.
Qualifications
- 3 – 8+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or product management, preferably in the data and analytics domain.
- Experience as a Scrum Master for a delivery team or multiple teams that were actively applying Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft tools and platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Consulting experience.
Additional Information
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $139,000 - $166,000 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
