Applynow for the position of Senior Software Developer, and you will createinternal software tools for the entire Molecular Imaging R&D organization.This position is located in Hoffman Estates, IL or Knoxville, TN.

Your role:

  • Develop, test, and rollout software applications for use by the internalMolecular Imaging R&D organization
  • Work with internal stakeholders (both software and non-software) tounderstand requirements and communicate possible implementation scenarios
  • Develop proof of concept prototypes for software developer workflows,including exploration of Azure DevOps Services / Git, Artifactory, and otherDevOps tools
  • Work with teams across time zones (Knoxville, Hoffman Estates, Germany,and India)

Your expertise:

  • Passion forsoftware development and exploring new technologies
  • Passion forcode quality and automated testing
  • Bachelor'sdegree in computer science or related field and a minimum of 2 years ofsoftware development experience
  • Demonstratedproficiency in C# and angular. SQL database experience is a plus.
  • Ability towork with stakeholders to define and understand requirements, proposeimplementation ideas, and deliver a customer-centric solution within a definedschedule
  • Ability towork in an Agile framework for a team that is working on multiple simultaneousprojects
  • Self-starterwho can learn on-the-fly and quickly learn the existing R&D processes andtools that are utilized for new product development at Siemens MolecularImaging
  • Preferredcandidate would have experience in healthcare or another FDA regulatedenvironment
