We’re growing!

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Connect and own the business unit product! Within Sure, the Connect business offers world-class easy-to-implement B2B2C solutions for partners to embed insurance offering in their customer flow. We partner with companies across multiple industries and insurance verticals to make insurance accessible.

In this role, you will report directly to our VP of Product and work closely with Connect’s General Manager. You will be responsible for scaling and optimizing Connect’s existing products / verticals as well as building the next set of product innovations and features to drive growth of the business.

You’ll need to employ everything in your product toolkit to architect the product strategy, constantly discover new insights, and drive forward an effective execution. This role sits in a critical intersection of business, tech, and design. Your leadership and execution skills will be instrumental in launching innovative products, scaling the business, and hitting our aggressive goals!

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the vision and roadmap of the Connect product, ensuring alignment with the business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support—to identify opportunities, execute growth initiatives, and drive product development.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies based on diverse inputs such as market trends, revenue data, customer feedback, and user behaviors.
  • Utilize a balanced approach of quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and experimental methods like A/B testing to make informed decisions, enhancing the product experience and driving business growth through continuous iteration and innovation.
  • Spearhead initiatives to enhance product scalability and efficiency, ensuring it meets evolving business needs and maintains competitiveness.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of various initiatives; leverage insights to rapidly refine and adjust strategies.
  • Foster a culture of ambition, innovation, and continuous learning, encouraging experimentation and bold thinking to achieve breakthrough results

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with increasing level of responsibility and independence; bonus points for B2B2C or insurtech experience
  • An ability to understand and craft effective strategies to resolve complex business problems
  • Demonstrated track record of success building, shipping, and iterating on high-value products in an agile software development environment
  • Strong iterative design practices and platform oriented design
  • Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills. Expertly distills technical details into plain English for broader audience
  • Some experience with development technologies such as JavaScript, PHP/Ruby/Python, and SQL
  • Some experience with one or more of the following: Segment, Google Analytics, Mixpanel or a comparable web analytics service
