We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with proven expertise in owning the design system from end to end.

The ideal candidate will own the entire UX & design process, from problem understanding to execution, with a focus on creating consistent designs for Product companies and nurturing a strong Product Design culture.

We are a team of Product Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers and Learning Education experts creating user-centered design across all platforms. 

Hybrid model, Tel Aviv.

What You’ll Do:

  • Become the gatekeeper for our design system; improve and grow it. 
  • Work with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs through Storybook.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product requirements, based on the overall product and UX vision with a focus on creating consistency in using our design system.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions.
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of our products.
  • Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather continuous feedback and improve the user experience.
  • Establish and promote design system guidelines, industry best practices and standards.

You must have:

  • Proven experience with creating and / or maintaining a design system at scale – a must.
  • Over 5 years of UX Design experience for complex systems or 3-4 shipped products.
  • Experience with designing for multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency with rapid wireframes and High-Fidelity prototyping tools, with an ability to deliver clear and easy to understand concepts to the development and user testing.
  • Expertise in using Figma and full understanding of Storybook.
  • Hands-on experience in problem understanding and problem solving.

  • Flexible in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and change in priorities when needed.
  • Proven effective communication and collaboration skills, you’re a team player, who shares knowledge within the UX and cross functional teams.
  • A positive, self-starter with a resilient attitude and a sense of ownership.
  • Someone who has fun working and is fun to work with!
