Essential Job Functions of the Operations Specialist:
- Work with members of cross-functional operations teams and developers to assist with daily operations of rapidly growing Financial Technology company
- Desire to understand internal processes to best serve SaaS customers
- Triage B2B customer support concerns with our internal development team
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to alleviate customer concerns
- This position is on-site in Boca Raton.
