Red Ventures is seeking a Business Operations Analyst, to support the Insurance team. This individual will own day-to-day operations of optimizing revenue, UX experiences, and our digital agency performance across our internal brands and with third-party partners.

What You’ll Do

• Gain hands-on experience in partnership relationship management, operations, digital marketing, finance, UX testing, and other key areas of the Insurance business
• Manage both day-to-day and strategic operations, including formulating, designing, implementing and executing strategic initiatives for our partnerships and onsite
• Own communication streams with key stakeholders and our partners. You will be responsible for communicating performance trends, test launches, testing results, partnership launches and larger initiatives that will step-change the business’s growth trajectory

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated strong ability to access, manipulate, and understand full funnel datasets and technical platforms without oversight (sql) and build relevant reports, dashboards and visualizations to answer business questions (Excel, Tableau, Looker etc.)
• Able to apply foundational analytical techniques (segmentation, clustering, correlation, regression, classification etc.) to enhance analysis to discover deeper trends and relationships to determine action items
• Strong grasp of relevant raw event data and can track data pathing from ingest to database. Able to build custom queries to manipulate data to answer new questions we dont answer on a day to day basis
• Ability to discern signal from noise using statistical approaches such as sampling, hypothesis testing, and a/b testing
• Can collaborate with Data Scientists to determine where Machine Learning and AI could be leveraged in their function and problem set. Ability to assist the build, testing and analysis of the outcome
• Previous experience working within the digital insurance space, particularly across personal lines (auto and home) is preferred but not required

Compensation

• USA Compensation Range: $80,000 - $90,000*
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
