Role Description

  • Perform current state analysis and target state design for individual workstreams.
  • Gather inputs from GBS workstream leads to build the target operating model, solutions blueprint, transformation roadmap for individual workstreams.
  • Develop business case for solutions to be progressed in phase 2 for presentation to senior management
