The Role

What is the Role?

Place Exchange is seeking an Integrations Specialist to join our Partner Support team working closely with Partner Management and Operations.  You will use your technical knowledge to work directly with demand and supply partners from early conversations through to the technical integration work and ongoing support.


Combining technical knowledge, creative thinking, strong communication skills and attention to detail you will tackle a range of challenges to deliver compelling solutions to an array of external partners.


The right candidate will possess strong analytical skills and an ability to think strategically and act tactically to ensure the integration processes are successful.


This fast-paced, detail-oriented role is perfect for you to delve deep into the emerging programmatic channel of DOOH.  You should have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute, and validate new partner integrations from scoping to completion
  • Technical support of existing partners relating to all aspects of the integration
  • Collaborate with our Partner Solutions, Product and Engineering teams, as well those of external clients, to conduct and ensure the successful onboarding of new strategic supply partners
  • Assist internal and external stakeholders with solutions within an AdTech environment.
  • Scope and document the needs, context and limitations of each integration
  • Validate third party technology partners across supply and demand

What you'll bring:

  • Technical proficiency including: HTML, JS, REST APIs and SQL
  • Experience working on complex, cross-functional projects
  • Familiarity with various project management frameworks and systems
  • Very strong data analysis, observation, and troubleshooting skills
  • Customer-focused technical support background
  • AdTech / programmatic media experience and understanding of standards like OpenRTB or VAST a big plus

Compensation:

For those based in New York City, the expected compensation for this role at time of hire is a salary range of $$75,000-$85,000, plus bonus (based on level and performance), and stock options.  Exact compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers  as well as market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position and the location of the candidate. A candidate’s compensation will be based on the role and level they are hired for, which may be different than the role they applied for.
