WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Partner with the project team and clients to advise on CX strategies and solutions. This could include growing customer experience capabilities internally for the client, or building strategies, concepts and experiences for their customers.
• Plan and facilitate client white-boarding sessions, design workshops, and project meetings.
• Develop executive-level storytelling presentations, simplifying complex findings and concepts to drive action and decision making.
• Analyze market and competitive data to discover trends, best-practices, threats, and provide recommendations.
• Define users, segments, and channel strategy. Develop plans for products, programs, and/or services.
• Create multi-year transformation roadmaps of various complexity levels and document initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 3+ years of management consulting CX-related work, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
• Experience developing qualitative and/or quantitative insights, and designing and creating journey maps,  communication plans, implementation roadmaps, and/or service blueprints.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and develop ideas to bring together goals and tailor objectives and consumer needs.
• Proven ability to work closely with the technology team and basic familiarity with the systems and processes required to build apps and websites.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and distill concepts to clients.
• Fully understand client business and become the key trusted adviser.
• Experience in delicately identifying risks and collaborating with the client to drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills, while working independently
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle a vast array of information.
• Ability to present and explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand terms to groups ranging from executives to project team members and other stakeholders.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Experience in serving as a liaison between both business and technical teams to drive effective, timely solutions that fulfill both strategic and operational needs.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.

Location: Atlanta, GA based position. No relocation budget available.
