FPFX Tech is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on Chief Information Security
Officer (CISO). The mission of the CISO is to protect FPFX Tech’s information and
systems.

In this role you will lead and manage our security strategy, roadmap, initiatives, and
coordinate with related activities across all departments within FPFX Tech.

The successful candidate will have hands on experience in and/or will be focusing on:
1. Securing Web Applications
2. Securing Cloud Infrastructure (Linux)
3. Identity and access management (Linux and Windows)
4. Data Protection
5. Threat Detection and response

You will identify and manage risks, govern compliance, define key security
architectures, and oversee critical external services. Furthermore, you will develop and
lead a team of highly skilled security professionals and be responsible for reporting all
aspects of security risks, status, and initiatives to FPFX Tech Leadership.
We therefore seek an experienced CISO with hands on experience that will expertly
define our security strategies, update our security roadmap, and coordinate its
execution.

Main Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and progress the security risk program by developing the strategy, roadmap, and initiatives required to mitigate the evolving security risks using industry best practices.
• Protect FPFX Tech from cyber-attack through effective cyber security intelligence and operations, including preparation, prevention, detection of potential threat actor attack along with response and recovery.
• Collaborate with development team to identify and mitigate information security concerns within the product development lifecycle through consistent and comprehensive testing processes.
• Perform regular, ongoing and rigorous reviews of personnel resources to ensure that project plans are executed effectively, offering alternative solutions that still achieve desired outcomes when necessary.
• Refine security policies and procedures.
• Manage and oversee regular 3rd party penetration testing.
• Define and provide ongoing tracking of group wide security KPIs for governance and continuous improvement.
• This role is on-site in Boca Raton.
