Manage a team of 8-10 people to support Vetcove's largest manufacturer partners, develop strategies and initiatives, travel for in-person client meetings, gather feedback, review team-created materials, optimize team processes, and conduct account reviews. Requires 10+ years of account management experience, people management skills, expertise in managing complex enterprise relationships, attention to detail, project management skills, quantitative problem-solving, adaptability, expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, positive attitude, collaboration skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

As a designer at Vetcove, you’ll collaborate closely with our engineering team to ship great products. You’ll carry out research, brainstorming, sketching, and prototyping, as well as wireframing, flowcharting, and journey mapping.

The Operations Associate at Vetcove is responsible for managing day-to-day operational components, including catalog maintenance, data management, pricing analysis, and website optimization. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, analytical, and organized, with proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.
