As a bilingual Spanish/English Administrative Assistant, you will be handling inbound & outbound calls, text messages, secure emails, and faxes from members and providers and connecting them to their Care Team. Additionally, you will provide administrative support by generating member reports, data entry, and checking and sending mail on behalf of the Care Team.

As an Administrative Assistant at Thyme Care, you will handle inbound and outbound communications, provide administrative support, and assist with day-to-day functions to help prepare interdisciplinary care team meetings. This role requires telephonic support experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
