Provide technical support for military and government communication platforms, troubleshoot satellite networks and ground infrastructure connections, analyze fault logs, configure system setups, and offer on-site customer support.

The Systems Administrator will work as part of a team to manage SD's hybrid infrastructure spanning multiple data centers and online offerings. The primary focus will be supporting user facing services, primarily in the Microsoft ecosystem. Troubleshooting and documentation will be critical the success of this role as well.

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within planned time frames and budgets. This role works closely with Product Managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication between all parties.
