Builds secure, highly available, scalable cloud platforms; resolves infrastructure, scalability, reliability, and performance challenges; supports CI/CD and engineering delivery. Responsibilities include Kubernetes and container operations, Terraform infrastructure as code, Linux administration, security best practices, observability, GitOps, disaster recovery, and multi-account cloud management.

Drive advisor activation from registration to five managed clients within 90–120 days. Manage a named advisor pipeline, conduct onboarding and structured sales meetings, create urgency using Challenger and SPIN methodologies, perform outbound engagement, track activation milestones, and negotiate and close asset upsell opportunities with existing SMB customers.

Manage a named pipeline of financial advisors and advisor teams through Pontera’s initial activation phase. Lead onboarding meetings, create urgency using consultative sales methodologies, drive advisors toward onboarding five clients, conduct outbound engagement, track milestone progression, and negotiate and close asset upsell opportunities. Success is measured by rapid advisor activation, platform adoption, and commercial outcomes.
