They will collaborate with other departments to drive the development of new products and markets, establish best practices for actuarial analyses, and provide support in database management and system development.

Manage the ICW corporate-wide instance of JIRA and related Atlassian tool suite, provide configuration, maintenance, end user support, and project-related activities. Collaborate with stakeholders, drive process improvements, facilitate design workshops, configure new projects, troubleshoot and resolve application and integration incidents, maintain project archive, and ensure JIRA upgrades and adoption of new features.

The IT Project Manager III at ICW Group is a senior project leader responsible for managing strategic, enterprise-wide technology investments. They oversee all aspects of the project and play a key role in improving the practice and mentoring other project managers. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, leveraging data for decision-making, communicating effectively, collaborating with technical teams, and guiding project activities using project management best practices and Agile principles.
