Lead a team of supervisors and ensure efficient customer service and training initiatives are in place. Collaborate with Underwriting leadership to resolve rating questions and monitor team performance. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and foster an innovative culture within the team.

Design, code, and test complex computer programs supporting corporate business systems. Collaborate with Database Administrator to maintain data integrity and deploy database tables. Develop new programs, web applications, and APIs. Monitor system operations and ensure data quality.
