Partner cross-functionally to improve time-to-value, reduce churn, drive expansion, and coach CX teams on process and data-driven decision-making.

Lead marketing program operations, build campaign planning and tracking infrastructure, run funnel-to-pipeline measurement and dashboards, align marketing with sales/finance/customer success, embed AI to automate reporting, support experimentation, and manage one direct report.
