Lead the Firmware team, design and implement state-of-the-art products, develop and maintain firmware in a TI/ARM environment, work with engineering leadership on prioritization and best practices, mentor junior engineers, diagnose and debug firmware issues.

The Sr. Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for providing all aspects of logistics services, including domestic and international shipping, receiving and transportation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of logistics processes.

Lead the software engineering organization, focusing on high-level strategy, technical architecture, and team management while being comfortable digging into and understanding the underlying code and infrastructure throughout the stack. Strategize and execute on the vision for automating custom part design and preparation in a complex ecosystem involving customers, data providers, and component manufacturers. Drive continuing improvements to the value of subscription-based hardware. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and Product Management to align engineering initiatives with broader business objectives. Ensure high availability and reliability of services that factories around the globe depend on.
