Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop growth strategies and campaigns to increase lead volume, customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention
  • Build, develop, and coach a high-performance team of growth marketers and agency partners.
  • Optimize conversion to get the most out of every visitor and click, partnering with product marketing to refine the right messaging for each segment
  • Test, learn, optimize, operationalize, repeat
  • Own MQL and conversion rate goals and the path to get there within CAC targets
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and customer success to develop ABM strategies to achieve up-market and cross-sell revenue targets
  • Direct development of reporting frameworks and track marketing program success against KPIs. Communicate results within revenue team and to executive leadership
  • Direct marketing operations initiatives and collaborate with revenue operations to scope and implement


Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in digital demand generation across multiple channels, with expertise in one or more channels
  • Demonstrated success in building and improving a system for growth across the entire customer lifecycle
  • Keen focus on data and analytics to understand the performance of funnels, campaigns, channels, and experiments
  • Experienced people leader who can inspire, grow, and develop talent
  • Strong collaborator who can work effectively cross functionally and develop close partnership with sales, revenue operations, and marketing teams as well as external agency partners
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology such as HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Optimizely, and Google Analytics
  • Exceptional communicator with strong relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on Marketing or Business preferred
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment and/or marketing to SMB firms a plus
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a growth company is paramount
