Own the full enterprise sales cycle across new and existing accounts, including prospecting, technical evaluations, security reviews, procurement, closing, expansion, renewals, and consumption commitments. Build pipeline, multi-thread with technical and executive stakeholders, develop business cases, monitor usage and churn risk, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts, and engage with developer communities. Partner with Solutions Architects, Support, executives, and other stakeholders to drive complex infrastructure sales.

Owns partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across Middle Eastern markets. The role develops strategic relationships with system integrators, ISVs, FSI and channel partners; collaborates with field sales on account strategies and deal cycles; creates joint go-to-market motions, campaigns, delivery frameworks and enablement; manages pipeline forecasting, QBRs and performance reporting; and provides ecosystem insights to shape broader partner strategy.

Customer-facing Solutions Architect driving ClickHouse adoption: design scalable architectures, build POCs and reference implementations, advise stakeholders from C-suite to developers, and enable cloud-native, real-time analytics solutions.

Provide technical support for ClickHouse and Langfuse customers across EMEA and global regions through cases, chat, Slack, community channels, and calls. Troubleshoot database, cloud infrastructure, AI application, tracing, and evaluation issues within SLA and on-call rotations. Develop documentation and educational content, assist with technical proofs of concept, mentor colleagues, escalate bugs, collaborate with Engineering and Product teams, and support customer implementations directly in codebases.

Provide technically deep support to U.S. federal and public-sector customers using ClickHouse in government-authorized environments. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, deployment guidance, secure operational practices, documentation, federal proof-of-concepts, security questionnaires, and ATO-adjacent evaluations. The engineer partners with Product, Engineering, Security, and go-to-market teams while supporting cases through tickets, email, Slack, chat, and phone and meeting required SLAs.

Identify and nurture sales opportunities, build pipeline, close cloud contracts, and develop strategic commercial accounts through complex sales cycles. Evangelize ClickHouse Cloud, align solutions with customer needs, manage forecasting and customer data in Salesforce, and drive adoption through solution-based selling. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, executive engagement, customer relationship development, and participation in developer meetups and community events in Bangalore.

Provide technical support to ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects across cases, chat, Slack, communities, and meetings. Develop solutions and documentation, assist with technical proof-of-concepts, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Support, and Go-to-Market teams, and mentor colleagues and customers. The role requires global 24x7 support coverage, strong communication, customer relationship management, and expertise in databases, cloud-native SaaS, or distributed systems.

Design scalable solutions for customers using ClickHouse, including architectures, migrations, workflows, and data visualization. Engage stakeholders from executives to developers, lead proofs of concept and reference implementations, evangelize the platform, drive adoption, and help customers transform data into actionable business insights.

Own sourcing and vendor negotiations across multiple spend categories, including competitive bids, renewals, pricing, and contract terms. Manage purchase requests through intake-to-pay, coordinating with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance. Handle supplier onboarding and maintain auditable procurement records. Analyze spend to identify savings, consolidation, and purchasing trends; report results and support budget planning. Improve procurement processes and guide internal stakeholders on policies and purchasing procedures.
