Provides full-time, on-site technical support, training, and customer enablement for AspenTech’s Aspen Geolog formation evaluation software. Troubleshoots complex technical and engineering issues, escalates resolutions across teams, collaborates with R&D and Product Management, reports KPIs, and identifies opportunities to improve customer value. Builds strong customer relationships and serves as a trusted advisor while supporting contractual, operational, and business requirements.

Own product strategy, priorities, roadmaps, backlogs, and value delivery for AI products. Partner with software development, data science, architecture, and product teams to translate business needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive Agile ceremonies, stakeholder alignment, technical direction, customer-focused innovation, delivery validation, and product adoption while leveraging generative AI, agentic systems, and machine learning.

Provides technical support and training for Aspen SKUA and ROXAR software to users across India and Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include troubleshooting access and workflow issues, managing escalations, supporting customer relationships, contributing to knowledge and training programs, and attending industry events. The role requires regular regional travel, strong geoscience expertise, E&P industry experience, customer communication skills, and familiarity with exploration and production software.

Leads the architecture, development, and deployment of AI-powered enterprise product capabilities, including generative AI, LLM applications, agentic systems, and intelligent automation. Collaborates with software engineering, data science, and product teams to transform emerging AI technologies into scalable, secure, observable, production-ready solutions. Provides technical mentorship, evaluates AI frameworks, manages project deliverables, and guides junior developers.

Leads AspenTech’s digital experience strategy across corporate websites, related sites, and portals. Owns website experience, conversion optimization, lead generation, analytics, and digital brand presence. Manages and mentors a web team, partners with Technology and Marketing stakeholders, oversees website deployments and agency relationships, and drives measurable improvements through SEO, A/B testing, CMS optimization, and data-informed user experience enhancements.

Lead AspenTech’s APAC partner ecosystem by developing alliance strategy, joint business plans, co-selling and go-to-market initiatives. Oversee partner enablement, governance, deal registration, compliance, commissions, pipeline goals, revenue performance, and executive QBRs. Expand partnerships across energy, chemicals, metals and mining, pulp and paper, and power industries while aligning internal sales and regional teams.

Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, escalation management and advanced training for AspenTech APC products (Aspen DMC3, Aspen GDOT). Deliver pre-sales consultations, develop training materials, participate in pre-release testing, mentor team members, deploy solutions onsite, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer success and product improvements. Travel up to 25%.

Build and maintain realistic demonstrations using AspenTech industrial software, develop customer-focused demo narratives, update demo assets, and support field teams with hands-on preparation. Maintain shared demo environments, document scripts and configurations, gather field feedback, and communicate product insights to Product Management. Requires technical expertise, business-value communication, cross-functional collaboration, and up to 5% travel.

Serves as the on-site HR partner in Singapore, supporting employee relations, manager enablement, performance management, investigations, compliance, employee lifecycle initiatives, immigration processes, safety programs, and local HR service delivery. The role coaches managers, resolves workplace issues, analyzes employee feedback, supports engagement activities, and collaborates on global HR initiatives.

Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and development environments for cloud-native products. Build artifacts and Docker containers for frontend and backend services, deploy to Kubernetes and Azure, troubleshoot delivery pipelines, support security scanning, document processes, and collaborate with distributed Agile development and quality engineering teams.
