The Instructional Systems Designer is responsible for designing and developing learning solutions, conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, and evaluating learning designs. The Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) will create and develop learning solutions, conduct needs assessments, and design instructional materials. This role involves evaluating learning design, managing curriculum products, and integrating technology options into educational frameworks. The designer will also employ various methodologies and ensure effective learning experiences in alignment with the ADDIE process.

The Software Developer in Test (SDET) will support automation testing for a large Department of Veterans Affairs program, design and implement automation strategies, create and execute automated tests, manage test resources, and improve development pipelines. Experience with CI/CD tools is essential.
