Lead industrialization and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (CNC, surface treatments, assembly). Define processes, equipment, production cycles, and documentation; manage machine installations and supplier interactions; perform risk analysis, troubleshooting, cost-reduction and make-or-buy decisions in collaboration with R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain.
