Dyson seeks a Design Manager to lead design initiatives in technology, fostering creativity and innovation across diverse teams.

Lead technical delivery and maintenance of mechanical/building systems across Dysons UK estate. Manage projects, contractors, compliance, safety, CAFM records, performance monitoring, capacity planning, and continuous improvement to meet operational, sustainability, and audit requirements.

Build, orchestrate, and automate ETL pipelines; consolidate and cleanse disparate data sources; support analytics and data science modelling; deliver BI-ready datasets and dashboards; partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into data solutions.

Build, orchestrate and maintain ETL pipelines, consolidate and cleanse data from multiple sources, support data science and business stakeholders with queries, insights and dashboards, and coordinate with global data teams to ensure data accuracy and availability.

Support supply chain operations focusing on supply planning, analyze stock projections, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with various teams for product launches. Prepare and present reports, drive profitability, and improve procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Manage supply planning for the Americas, aligning demand and supply for finished goods and spares. Collaborate with Global Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and Marketing to support launches, manage allocations, analyze inventory projections, report constraints, and drive inventory optimization and working-capital efficiency.

Lead metrology and analytical activities: select and run measurement equipment, ensure accuracy and repeatability, manage calibration/maintenance, create standardized inspection reports, troubleshoot measurement issues, and coordinate continuous improvement and external services with minimal supervision.

Lead CNC prototyping activities: program and operate multi-axis CNC machines, design jigs/fixtures in CAD, perform CAM simulation, ensure tight tolerances, inspect parts, recommend materials, and manage prototype schedules to meet R&D requirements.

Lead Dyson's MEA business with full P&L accountability: set and execute commercial strategy across sales, marketing, eCommerce and channels, drive product launches, build strategic partnerships, develop talent, and ensure operational excellence to grow market share and brand presence.

Develop and execute product verification tests, design and validate test jigs/fixtures, analyze results using statistical methods, manage external labs, maintain test equipment calibration, and drive continuous improvement through automation and data analytics while collaborating with UK and SEA teams.
