As a Heibaas, you will lead a team responsible for optimal production of foundation machinery, prioritizing quality, progress, and safety. Your tasks include ensuring safe and efficient operations, guiding and motivating foundation workers, assessing site conditions, managing machinery assembly, and coordinating with project stakeholders.
