The Quality Assurance Manager leads QA teams, develops procedures for testing software products, oversees performance management, and implements innovation strategies to enhance product quality.

Lead and manage the QA team to define and enforce testing standards, develop automation and CI/CD testing strategies, oversee functional, performance, security, and API testing, track QA KPIs, collaborate with engineering on quality improvements, and recruit and mentor QA engineers to improve processes and product quality.
