The QMS Specialist / Lead at Balt is responsible for managing and improving the Quality System elements, leading projects for system enhancements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and participating in audits and inspections. The role requires a Master's degree in a scientific discipline and 7-10 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry.

Provide support on the maintenance, development, and control of the Quality system. Lead projects to improve the Quality System through Change Control Processes. Participate in internal and external audits. Responsible for managing Quality System elements like Nonconformance System, CAPA System, and Change Control.

The Senior IT Data Engineer at Balt will provide data management solutions to support the Group's rapid growth. Responsibilities include data collection, processing, quality and governance, and daily run operations. Qualifications require 5 years' higher education in data management, 8+ years of experience in a Data Engineer position, fluency in English, SQL skills, knowledge of Snowflake and Talend Cloud, and proactive and inquisitive attitude.
