Build and scale SentiLink's learning strategy and programs across the employee lifecycle. Design, deliver, and measure onboarding, fraud education, manager and leadership development, and knowledge-sharing solutions. Partner with business leaders to prioritize capability gaps, create engaging learning experiences, and build scalable resources while balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.

Lead design, build, and scaling of end-to-end learning programs across the employee lifecycle. The role involves defining and validating new product opportunities, leading cross-functional teams, and driving high-impact product initiatives from concept through execution in a flexible capacity as a product leader or GM.
