The Associate Procurement Agent oversees purchasing activities, manages supplier relationships, and tracks procurement metrics, ensuring timely and cost-effective material delivery.

Lead supply chain strategy and supplier engagement for defense and space programs. Develop market intelligence, supply chain architecture, predictive risk management, and vulnerability assessments. Optimize sourcing tools and ensure compliance with export/regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to protect program delivery and scale supplier capabilities.

Analyze complex material requirements, incorporate BOMs into production plans, optimize inventory, resolve delinquencies, develop schedules and process improvements, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting Navy/Marine Corps aviation logistics.

Manage inventory and material flow for production: process transactions in MRP/ERP, receive/inspect/route shipments, issue tools and parts, maintain inventory accuracy, support 5S/FIFO, operate material handling equipment, and follow safety and export-control requirements.

Negotiate, draft and administer complex aerospace and defense contracts and pricing. Prepare cost/pricing analysis, identify risks and mitigations, support proposals, coordinate with Boeing US and Indian defense customers, manage budgets and invoices, ensure compliance, and support countertrade/offset programs.
