Serve as a business integrator supporting commercial modifications: manage priorities, capacity planning, resource allocation, and master modification schedule; prepare executive materials; collect and report metrics; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; develop contingency plans and mitigate risks to meet business objectives.

Lead and coordinate project and portfolio plans to meet business goals, timelines, and budgets. Manage capital/tooling portfolios, integrate schedules, identify risks and mitigation, and drive cross-functional decision-making. Maintain meeting documentation, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement to support production rate increases and operational readiness.

Lead supply chain continuous improvement and Lean projects, document requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, use Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and data analytics to standardize processes, manage multiple complex projects, present to leadership, and mitigate risks to improve operational excellence.

Lead deployment of MOM, PDM, and ERP subsystems across program sites. Plan and execute schedules, manage scope/risks/change control, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, oversee data migration and governance, drive change management and training, support cutover and post-go-live stabilization, and report KPIs and lessons learned. Travel to sites as required.

Lead and coordinate integrated project plans, manage risks, improve project management processes, and support stakeholders to meet program requirements.

Lead supply chain Lean and continuous improvement projects, collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to document requirements, manage projects to completion, apply Lean/Lean Six Sigma/Agile and project management standards, leverage data analytics and reporting tools to drive process optimization and operational excellence.
