Own the strategy, roadmap, governance, backlog, and operational priorities for Caterpillar’s digital experience platforms, including AEM, EDS, Vercel, and Akamai. Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, marketing, and business teams to improve platform reliability, security, performance, adoption, and author/developer experiences. Manage vendors, licensing, budgets, metrics, incidents, upgrades, and executive reporting while aligning investments with enterprise architecture and digital transformation objectives.

Lead the vision, roadmap, prioritization, development, adoption, testing, governance, and continuous improvement of VISTA, an enterprise digital supply chain product. Translate business needs into requirements, partner with engineering and analytics teams, manage enhancements and defects, coordinate UAT, monitor adoption and outcomes, and deliver data-driven capabilities for supply chain visibility, transportation, inventory, supplier, and asset management.

Own the safety and compliance product portfolio: define strategy, roadmap, and governance to ensure autonomous and software-enabled products meet safety, regulatory, and certification requirements. Prioritize backlog, drive hazard analyses and risk mitigation, ensure traceability and audit readiness, partner cross-functionally with engineering, safety, legal, and quality, and communicate compliance and certification status to stakeholders.

Owns the product vision, feature decisions, and prioritized backlog for data engineering products while supporting project planning and execution. Partners with Scrum and technical product teams to communicate priorities, manage sprint objectives, oversee schedules and budgets, coordinate project stages, lead change decisions, and ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong product ownership, project management, agile collaboration, and knowledge of data ingestion, connectivity, ontology, annotation, quality, lifecycle, storage, and digital traceability.

Leads the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of Caterpillar MineStar Surface Management solutions. Translates mining challenges into scalable solutions involving production and material tracking, terrain modeling, and geospatial analytics. Aligns Product, Engineering, UX, Data, business stakeholders, and mining operations teams globally, driving customer value, adoption, measurable operational improvements, and long-term platform evolution.

Owns product vision, backlog creation, prioritization, and feature decisions while partnering with Scrum, technical product management, and software engineering teams. Manages project planning, schedules, reporting, change control, decision-making, and execution from concept through implementation. Ensures sprint objectives, project timelines, budgets, and quality targets are achieved. Requires extensive Azure DevOps experience and knowledge of AWS, Run:AI, CI/CD, GitHub Enterprise, security and identity, Confluence, and Power BI.
