Supports Universal International Pictures’ Creative Services team with asset management, purchase orders, billing queries, marketing asset localization, deadline tracking, research, presentations, events, distribution lists, and administrative coordination across global teams and vendors. The internship provides exposure to film marketing operations, production workflows, financial record keeping, and stakeholder relationship management.

Supports IT workplace operations through technical support, project coordination, vendor and inventory management, order placement, service delivery, and operational reporting. The intern helps maintain team productivity, supports building refurbishment initiatives, performs stock checks, contributes to monthly operational reviews, and gains exposure to IT strategy, financial responsibility, and business engagement. The role is fully on-site in Central London and requires proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Supports Universal Pictures International commercial strategy by developing business strategies with cinema clients, collecting and reconciling performance data, reporting metrics, and analyzing trading practices across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. The intern gains experience in data intelligence, strategic thinking, and film industry economics while collaborating with international teams and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Coordinate post-production scheduling for TV and mastering projects across Color, Edit, VFX, QC, and Client Services. Manage bookings, client communications, talent availability, remote playbacks, ScheduAll resources, project status reports, pre-bills, overages, and financial reconciliation. The role also handles high-volume communications, special requests, meetings, and departmental projects while maintaining accurate schedules and service commitments.

Leads daily IT support operations, allocates resources, manages escalations and ticket workflows, monitors KPIs and SLAs, and creates performance dashboards. Coaches and develops team members, prioritizes workloads, maintains stakeholder communication, and drives continuous improvement. The role also supports strategic initiatives, process automation, and AI-enabled support solutions while ensuring high-quality user service and alignment with organizational priorities.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer. Responsibilities include complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event coordination, expense processing, communications, presentation and report preparation, file organization, stakeholder liaison work, and special projects. The role requires discretion, exceptional organization, flexibility, and strong executive presence. It is hybrid in New York, requires at least four days onsite weekly, occasional travel for offsites, and some overtime.
