Owns U.S. health insurance taxonomy, policies, database quality, and operational standards. Partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics teams to translate insurance requirements into scalable systems, monitor database health, manage quality assurance, investigate provider-matching issues, and lead continuous process improvements. Serves as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for insurance policy and taxonomy decisions.
