Support the VP of Supply Chain Government by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating executive-level meetings and presentations, driving risk/issue/opportunity closure, organizing and analyzing data, maintaining strategy operating tools, tracking actions to resolution, and coaching less-experienced staff. Collaborate across Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Program Management to optimize resources, support production readiness, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational performance and planning governance.

Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives and site leadership, managing correspondence, scheduling, phone/email triage, meetings, and domestic/international travel. Coordinate events, visitor badging and catering, prepare reports and presentations, handle confidential matters with discretion, multitask under pressure, and maintain strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

Provide programme and corporate security advice for Boeing Defence UK, deliver risk assessments, audits and compliance, manage physical, information and supply-chain security, coordinate incident response, liaise with authorities and suppliers, support crisis and deployment preparedness, and develop security policies and training.

Provide onsite administrative and front-desk support including mail and visitor handling, travel and hospitality coordination, record management, office supply procurement, basic correspondence, invoice processing, translation support, and general secretarial duties.

Lead a regional Commercial Field Service team delivering onsite technical support to airline customers. Develop customer support strategies, oversee technical approaches, coordinate cross-functional activities, manage and grow teams, and maintain customer relationships to support commitments and business growth.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, plan events, process expenses, handle communications, maintain schedules and resources, and guide less-experienced staff to ensure efficient executive operations.

Support and administer GOLDesp/MRO and supply-chain systems: troubleshoot issues, perform mass data updates, develop reports/dashboards, execute system testing, manage integrations and change, provide end-user support and training, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders.
