Lead end-to-end creative production across EMEA and APAC, managing regional planning, resourcing, budgets, timelines and delivery. Directly manage the SparkWorks Creative production team, work with clients and senior stakeholders, partner with Sales/CS/Product/Technical teams, evolve processes and tooling, and drive scalable operational improvements to ensure predictable, high-quality creative delivery.
