The Senior Manager, Privacy Compliance will oversee privacy program management, compliance readiness, cross-functional partnerships, AI governance, and privacy incident responses, ensuring alignment with global privacy laws.

Lead and develop a team of Compliance Specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality enforcement of global messaging policies (email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS). Oversee day-to-day enforcement workflows, SLA adherence, QA, escalations, and SOP improvements. Partner with Compliance Operations Analysts, BPOs, and AI workflows to scale operations and enable cross-functional adoption of systems and reporting.
