Responsible for all legal activities including IP strategy, prosecution, litigation, vendor contracts, customer contracts, and financing contracts. Member of the top leadership team and works closely with the board of directors. Requires smart, driven, hard-working individual with negotiation and sales skills. Preferably with experience in top-tier organizations. Bonus for engineering or technical background and startup experience.
