Lead and maintain Afterpay ANZ's Line 2 Compliance function, covering licence maintenance, compliance framework development, monitoring, reporting, incident management, regulatory interactions, risk assessments for products, training, and advisory support to business and senior stakeholders.

Own and build Block's furnisher and consumer reporting disputes program under FCRA end-to-end: policies, controls, monitoring, remediation workflows, investigations, training, and regulator engagement. Define reasonable investigation standards, design data-correction workflows with product and engineering, root-cause recurring defects, and advise teams to bake in reporting accuracy for Cash App Credit Score and related products.

Advise on federal and state consumer and commercial lending law and bank partnership arrangements. Serve as subject-matter expert on Reg Z/Reg B, fair lending, and licensing; lead cross-functional regulatory issue resolution; counsel senior business, product, compliance, and bank partners; analyze regulatory changes and inform product development from concept through launch.

Lead federal government engagement and lobbying strategy, deepen relationships with Congress and the Administration, track legislative and regulatory issues (financial regulation, consumer protection, digital assets, AI/privacy), and coordinate cross-functional policy responses to advance Block's objectives.

Own end-to-end subsidiary governance reporting for 11 regulated entities: design cadence, collect and validate inputs, synthesize cross-entity narratives, deliver Board-quality materials, maintain template stewardship, surface risks and gaps, and coordinate with MLROs and compliance leads under tight deadlines.
