Leads complex instructional design and learning enablement initiatives from needs assessment through evaluation. Designs technology- and AI-enabled learning experiences, manages stakeholders, vendors, governance, risks, and multiple concurrent projects, and measures learner and business outcomes. Partners with leadership and subject matter experts, presents recommendations to executives, mentors instructional designers, and drives continuous improvement of curricula and organizational effectiveness. Travel may be required up to 10%.

Supervise sales operations for regional districts by improving processes, resolving order and customer escalations, analyzing sales and backorder data, and supporting profitable revenue growth. The role partners with sales managers, OEMs, and internal departments; manages reports, profitability decisions, commissions, and strategic initiatives; and coaches account managers on operational practices, decision-making, and development plans.
