Design and implement HR processes, analyze workforce data, lead employee relations and investigations, support policy development, manage union relationships, and drive culture and engagement while balancing strategic and hands-on HR execution.

Design, develop, deliver, and assess technical and leadership training for mechanical and structural engineering staff. Conduct learning needs analysis, create courseware and instructional materials, coach workplace performance, deploy development tools, and monitor implementation and outcomes.

Manage and administer Boeing's global equity compensation programs, including grant lifecycle, large vesting events, tax withholding, Section 16 reporting, Board reporting, stakeholder support, vendor management, system implementations, documentation, and compliance. Partner with Total Rewards, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of equity-related programs.

Serve as an on-floor HR partner supporting manufacturing employees and leaders: handle employee inquiries, administer HR programs, resolve workplace issues, gather feedback, support performance and coaching, and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational outcomes.

Lead analysis and design of HR processes and Workday solutions for compensation and benefits. Gather and document requirements, collaborate with technical and HR stakeholders, test system functionality, define KPIs, manage product backlog, recommend process and technology improvements, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
