Perform daily cash application, billing reconciliations, month-end AR account reconciliations and journal entries. Investigate and resolve global billing issues, support collections and audits, improve billing/collections processes, maintain SOX controls and documentation, and meet monthly collection goals while partnering with internal stakeholders.

Manage and ensure timely, accurate invoicing and Oracle coding; investigate and resolve global billing disputes; partner with cash application for payment posting; perform customer reconciliations, outreach, and monthly collections; support process improvements and ad hoc analyses.

Perform monthly and quarterly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support. Maintain SOX controls and documentation, support audits and ad hoc analyses, and improve accounting processes while collaborating cross-functionally.

Prepare and review the company's SEC and statutory financial statements, disclosures, and MD&A in accordance with US GAAP. Coordinate external audits, implement new accounting pronouncements, partner with cross-functional and international teams, produce ad hoc reports (including ESG), and support technical accounting and transaction-related reporting.
