Build estimating/pricing methods and models, analyze risk and financial data, manage proposal assembly, maintain program databases, and brief recommendations to senior leadership. Serve as subject-matter expert and consultant for complex, precedent-setting pricing challenges.

Lead and support FP&A activities for the SMDS subdivision, including LRBP and monthly forecasts, variance and business-case analysis, executive presentations, cross-functional partnership, and continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

Manage multimillion-dollar proposals, ensure compliance with regulations, develop cost estimates, support negotiations, and provide financial analysis for project proposals.

This role involves maintaining financial records, providing financial guidance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving accounting processes. Requires communication with management and resolution of complex financial issues.

This role ensures compliance with US Government regulations, advises on labor policies, improves processes, and addresses audit findings.
