Design and improve Boeing Global Services ecommerce applications through user-centered research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and close collaboration with product, development and QA teams. Deliver UX documentation, reduce technical debt, mentor junior designers, and support agile/SAFe practices across international teams. Work includes development and maintenance, responsive/mobile design, and occasional travel and shift hours.

Develops and manages ergonomics and human factors safety programs, performs ergonomic assessments and audits, recommends mitigations, provides training, and collaborates with teams to integrate human-centered design into manufacturing workplaces.
