Assists with provisioning, configuration, migrations, testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, scaling, backups, and incident response. Maintains documentation, follows operational runbooks, validates production readiness, collaborates with senior engineers, and develops expertise in highly available distributed data systems and automation.

Own cross-functional data-platform and infrastructure initiatives supporting global regulatory data sharing. Design and operate secure, auditable queries, pipelines, models, APIs, integrations, and reporting systems. Translate legal and operational requirements into technical specifications, lead testing and releases, develop AI-enabled automation with appropriate governance, and collaborate across global stakeholder teams. Mentor junior engineers and help shape the data-sharing automation roadmap.

Leads end-to-end people analytics projects, translating HR and business priorities into metrics, statistical analyses, visualizations, and executive recommendations. Partners with HR leaders, product teams, machine learning scientists, and data engineers to improve organizational insights, data quality, analytics products, and self-service capabilities. Designs employee listening programs, delivers data-literacy coaching, manages analytics intake, supports product development, and advances analytical practices across the People Analytics team.

Lead customer and product insight portfolios by defining research scope, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying root causes, and translating findings into measurable product and business recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Technology, Research, Analytics, and Operations; deliver dashboards and leadership readouts; improve insight governance, tooling, taxonomies, and repositories; and use AI-enabled tools and SQL to accelerate customer analysis responsibly.

Own CRM and customer performance reporting, dashboards, measurement frameworks, and deep-dive analyses. Translate customer, campaign, and commercial data into actionable recommendations for strategic and executive decision-making. Develop KPIs, attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and optimization approaches while improving data quality and reporting scalability. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, data, and business teams, and communicate complex findings through clear narratives and executive presentations.
