Lead and manage the Data Tools team to design, build, and operate foundational data infrastructure for governance and real-time processing. Partner with stakeholders to define scope, drive architecture and technical strategy, mentor engineers, run Agile ceremonies, enforce best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, high-availability data platform delivery that meets regulatory and business requirements.

Produce regular reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions across Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product. Ensure data integrity, present insights to senior leadership, solve complex business problems, and improve analytical capabilities and processes.

The Data Analyst will evaluate data flow, develop solutions, communicate findings, create data visualizations, and ensure timely project completion.
