Key Responsibilities
• Solution Architecture: Design and develop robust solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), ensuring integration with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Business Process Automation: Use Power Automate to create automated workflows that optimize business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage Power BI for advanced data analysis and create interactive reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Custom Development: Build custom solutions with Power Pages and integrate them with Dynamics 365 and SharePoint for a seamless user experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize the implemented solutions effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements and innovative approaches.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate), Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Proven track record as an Architect or a similar role in technology solution design and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert) are a plus.
Skills Required
- 12+ years experience in solution architecture or similar technology architect role
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Automate)
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate (Cloud)
- Experience building solutions with Power Apps
- Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Experience with Azure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven track record as an Architect in solution design and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Master's degree or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (certification)
